Email campaings in Mavibot are a tool for mass sending of emails to a selected group of recipients. They help you notify customers about promotions and special offers, talk about new products, send holiday greetings, and collect feedback.
For example, you can send an email to customers who have not made purchases for a long time and offer them a personal discount or bonus for a repeat order.
Creating a campaing
Go to the Mailings section, select the mailing type “Email,” and click “Create mailing”.
If you see a message like this:
then you need to do the following:
- Go to the Messengers section.
- Click on the Email icon.
- Connect a corporate email inbox and choose a sender name
After connecting the email bot, you will be able to create email mailings.
Returning to creating a mailing, the first thing you need to do is give your mailing a name so it is easier to navigate in the list later. Use the very first field in the mailing settings for this; it will be visible only to you and will not be shown to customers.
Selecting recipients
In Mavibot, you can specify mailing recipients using a filter by active subscriptions to the email bot or upload users via a file. You can upload your own user base from a file. You can download a file template by clicking the question mark as shown in the screenshot below:
The file can contain ONLY the recipients’ email addresses. Other parameters (name, phone number, and other variables) will NOT be saved into client dialogs.
When uploading the file to the mailing, specify UTF-8 encoding and semicolon as the delimiter.
Clients can also be uploaded with a .CSV file.
Using the “Subscriber filter” setting, you can filter existing users of the email bot by:
- - lists (you can both add and exclude a list)
- - status in Mavibot CRM
- - client state (the block in which the client is located)
- - connected email bots (from the Messengers section)
- - variables
- - registration date
Designing the email
After you have finished configuring recipients and filters, proceed to the next step — design. To do this, go to the Email tab.
When creating email messages, you can build any design using elements such as images, text, buttons, social media buttons, HTML blocks, and separator blocks, which help you arrange everything so that your email looks attractive.
To add an element, simply click on it and it will automatically appear in the email.
The Footer block is mandatory, as it allows clients to unsubscribe from the mailing.

Sending the email
Once you have finished with the settings and design, move on to the most important step — sending the email. To do this, go to the Send tab and specify the email subject, preheader, and sender name.
You can also attach a video, image, link, file, or even audio to the email.
You can send the mailing in two ways: immediately or by choosing a scheduled time for sending.
Pay attention to the “Interval between sending messages” setting. It affects the sending speed: the lower the value, the faster the email will reach the recipient.
At this point, the setup and creation of the mailing is complete; all that remains is to click the “Send” button and wait for the email to pass moderation. You can also save this mailing as a template and use it again in the future.
Conclusion
To improve the effectiveness of your emails and understand which changes worked better, it is worth periodically analyzing metrics and tracking indicators over time. You can also test different hypotheses, for example by sending several users emails with the same content but different subject lines, then comparing open rates and choosing which option to send to the wider audience
