Auto-replies to comments allow you to instantly respond to user activity on Instagram.
With auto-replies, the bot automatically responds to comments on behalf of the account, maintaining the feel of a real conversation and reducing manual work. Quick responses to comments increase trust in the account and encourage people to continue engaging.
How to set up auto-replies
To get started, you need to properly connect your Instagram account to the platform.
- Go to the “Messengers” section
- Click on the Instagram icon
- Log in through Instagram and confirm access
If Instagram is already connected to the project, there’s no need to reconnect the account.
Don’t forget to enable the “React to the comments” feature — if it’s turned off, auto-replies to comments won’t work.
Next, hover over the Builder section and select Instagram.
Next, you need to create an automation by clicking the button:
Steps for setting up auto-replies
Step 1. Selecting an Instagram account
If your project has multiple Instagram accounts connected, choose the account that will be used for automatic replies.
Step 2. Select auto-replies to comments under post
Step 3. Setting up reactions
Set the keyword or phrase that the bot will respond to, and choose the posts or Reels where it will monitor comments and reply automatically.
Step 4. Adding reply variants
In the auto-reply settings, you can create several text options that will be sent in turn so that the replies do not look identical.

Final steps
After you finish editing the auto-replies to comments, do not forget to save everything by clicking the “Save” button in the upper right corner of the screen.
For convenience, come up with a clear name so you do not get confused if you have several auto-replies for different tasks.
After creation and saving, the auto-reply is automatically activated — from this moment the bot starts working.
It will independently track comments, find matches with the specified conditions, and send replies on your behalf.
You can edit auto-replies at any time.
