The MaviBot Affiliate Program allows you to earn commissions by recommending MaviBot.ai to your clients, audience, colleagues, and partners.
You can promote MaviBot.ai using:

  • your unique Affiliate Link;
  • your personal Affiliate Promo Code.
    MaviBot.ai provides tools for building chatbots, online courses, websites, landing pages, online stores, quizzes, forms, email campaigns, and CRM workflows.

How to Become an Affiliate

To join the Affiliate Program:

  1. Sign in to your MaviBot.ai account.
  2. Open the Affiliate Program section.
  3. Click “Become an Affiliate.”
  4. Review and accept the Affiliate Agreement.
  5. Copy your unique Affiliate Link and start sharing it.
  6. Use your personal Affiliate Promo Code to connect eligible projects to your Affiliate account.
    MaviBot Affiliate Program
    Participation is available to individuals who are at least 18 years old or have reached the legal age of majority in their country.
    MaviBot may approve or reject an Affiliate application at its discretion.

Your Affiliate Link is a unique tracking link used to register new MaviBot.ai users.
When a new user registers through your Affiliate Link, creates a project, and pays for an eligible MaviBot subscription, the user may be recognized as your Referral.

Important

The user must register through your Affiliate Link before completing the required actions.

Affiliate Promo Code

Your Affiliate Promo Code is used when creating a new MaviBot project.
A project created with your Promo Code may become your Referral Project if it meets all payment and ownership requirements.
The Promo Code is unique to your Affiliate account and must not be assigned or transferred to another Affiliate.

Promo Code Priority

The Affiliate Promo Code has priority over the Affiliate Link.
For example, if a user registers through your Affiliate Link but creates a project using another Affiliate’s Promo Code, the commission will be credited to the owner of that Promo Code.

Who Is Considered a Referral

A user may be considered your Referral when they:

  • register through your Affiliate Link;
  • create a project;
  • pay for an eligible MaviBot subscription.
    A user may also qualify as a Referral if they create and pay for a project using your Affiliate Promo Code.
    MaviBot Affiliate Program
    Users who do not complete the required actions are not considered Referrals.

What Is a Referral Project

A project may be recognized as a Referral Project when:

  • it was created using your Affiliate Promo Code;
  • the project owner pays for the subscription directly;
  • the person initiating the payment is also the person making the payment;
  • the payer details match the invoice or payment details.
    The project owner must initiate payment from their own MaviBot account.

Attention

Do not issue an invoice or initiate payment from your own Affiliate account on behalf of a client.

In this case, the payment may be recorded as your own payment, and Affiliate commission will not be credited.

Affiliate Commission

Affiliates receive a 10% commission from eligible MaviBot subscription payments.
Commission may be earned from:

  • subscriptions purchased by users registered through your Affiliate Link;
  • subscriptions paid for Referral Projects created using your Promo Code.
    Commission continues to accrue for as long as the Referral pays for the eligible Referral Project.
    All commissions are calculated automatically based on the information recorded in the MaviBot system.
    MaviBot Affiliate Program

When Commission Is Not Credited

Affiliate commission is not credited when:

  • the user does not qualify as a Referral;
  • the project does not qualify as a Referral Project;
  • the Affiliate initiates the payment;
  • the Affiliate creates a project using their own Promo Code and pays for it;
  • the invoice is issued from the Affiliate’s account;
  • the project owner and payer details do not match;
  • payment is made using the Affiliate’s MaviBot balance;
  • payment is made by an unrelated third party;
  • the transaction is arranged to generate commission artificially;
  • the payment is unrelated to an eligible MaviBot subscription.
    Commission is also not credited for:
  • online courses;
  • training materials;
  • educational programs;
  • separate support packages;
  • other products or services that are not eligible Paid Subscriptions.

Affiliate Balance

All commissions earned through the Affiliate Program are added to your MaviBot Affiliate Balance.
You can use this balance in two ways:

  • pay for MaviBot subscriptions and services;
  • withdraw the funds to your designated bank account, subject to the minimum withdrawal amount.
    The amount displayed in your Affiliate Balance corresponds to its value in US dollars.
    For example:
  • a commission of 10 USD adds 10 USD to your Affiliate Balance;
  • a balance of 200 USD may be eligible for withdrawal.
    The Affiliate Balance is an internal account within MaviBot. It is not a bank account, payment card, or electronic wallet.
    Funds held in the Affiliate Balance cannot be used to pay for products or services outside the MaviBot platform.

Paying for MaviBot Services

You may use your Affiliate Balance to pay for eligible MaviBot subscriptions and services.
The available balance must be sufficient to cover the selected subscription or service.
Affiliate funds cannot be transferred to external platforms or used for purchases outside MaviBot.ai.

Withdrawing Affiliate Earnings

The minimum withdrawal amount is 200 USD per transaction.
To request a withdrawal:

  1. Open the Affiliate Program section in your MaviBot account.
  2. Check your available Affiliate Balance.
  3. Provide the required payment documentation, such as an invoice.
  4. Enter accurate bank account and payment details.
  5. Submit the withdrawal request.
    MaviBot may suspend or withhold payment if the required documentation is missing, incomplete, or incorrect.
    The Affiliate is responsible for complying with the tax and reporting requirements of their country.

Affiliate Status

The Affiliate status is assigned after the first eligible commission is confirmed.
Affiliate status will not be granted if:

  • the payment was made by a user who does not qualify as a Referral;
  • the project does not qualify as a Referral Project;
  • the payment does not meet the Affiliate Program requirements.

Prohibited Promotion

Affiliate Links and Promo Codes must not be published on websites, pages, channels, or other resources containing:

  • defamatory, insulting, or offensive content;
  • content that violates the rights of other people;
  • pornographic content or sexual exploitation;
  • promotion of violence or weapons;
  • extremist or terrorist content;
  • promotion of illegal drugs or psychotropic substances;
  • other content prohibited by applicable law.
    Violation of these rules may result in:
  • cancellation of accrued commissions;
  • suspension or termination of participation in the Affiliate Program;
  • termination of the Affiliate’s MaviBot account.

Important Rules

Affiliates must promote MaviBot.ai honestly and must not manipulate registrations, projects, invoices, or payments to generate artificial commissions.
Participation in the Affiliate Program does not create an employment, agency, partnership, or joint venture relationship between MaviBot and the Affiliate.
The Affiliate acts independently and is responsible for their own promotional activity, expenses, taxes, and compliance with applicable laws.
MaviBot may review Affiliate activity and cancel commissions associated with:

  • errors;
  • fraud;
  • abuse;
  • prohibited promotional methods;
  • artificial transactions;
  • violations of the Affiliate Agreement.
    MaviBot may also suspend or terminate access to the Affiliate Program in accordance with the Affiliate Agreement.

Governing Law

The MaviBot Affiliate Program is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Any disputes will be considered by the competent courts at the place of MaviBot’s registration, unless mandatory applicable law requires otherwise.
