How the plans differ

If you do not have an active subscription, you can test the full functionality for free in the bot testing window.

Keep in mind that the test environment does not reflect all messenger-specific limitations, such as button limits and other restrictions.

After creating a project, you receive three days of full access in trial mode. The only limitation is that you cannot create mailings.*

The daily limit during the trial period is 10,000 messages.

Project backups can be created without an active trial subscription.

Backups can help restore your project structure if needed. We recommend creating them before making major changes, such as modifying the chatbot flow.

* Mailings are manual messages sent to a custom user list. You can upload the recipient list from a file or configure a filter based on the bot database. For more details, see Manual mailings.

Additional services

Additional services are available only for the Business and MaviBot AI plans.

Number of messages

  1. An additional package of 10,000 messages costs $9.90 per month.
  2. Unlimited messages per day cost $980.10 per month.

Please note

Message statistics include:

  • all messages sent by any block in the chatbot flow, including empty messages using #{none};
  • requests sent to external services, including messengers, chats, and payment services;
  • requests generated by API functions, including incoming requests.

Additional file storage

  1. Each additional 2 GB costs $1.99 per project per month.
  2. The maximum additional storage is 198 GB and costs $196.02 per month.

Students

  1. Paid plans include up to 100 students.
  2. Each additional 100 students costs $9.90 per month.
  3. Unlimited students cost $207.80 per month.

Number of messengers

Please note

Each plan has its own messenger limits.

You can increase the number of connected messengers for an additional fee.

Each plan allows you to connect one messenger of each type.

Project access

  1. An additional employee account costs $9.90 per month. Two employee accounts are included by default.
  2. Unlimited employee accounts cost $198 per month.

Subscription payment

Payment is made for a specific project, not for your MaviBot account.

Check which project you are currently viewing before generating a payment link.

To pay for a subscription, open the Payment section in the project settings.

Select a plan and any additional services you need.

The cost calculator will display the total amount and the selected services.

Click Pay to proceed to the payment page.

After payment, the subscription will be renewed automatically.

Important notes

You can:

  • pay for a new plan for a full month;
  • upgrade your current plan before it expires;
  • purchase additional services before the current plan expires.

To upgrade your plan, enable the Pay extra switch.

When this switch is enabled, the upgraded plan and additional services will remain active until the end of the current paid period.

If you change your plan or additional services while the Pay extra switch is disabled, the new conditions will take effect immediately from the payment date.

Any remaining days from the previously paid plan will be reset.

Change your current plan or additional services

After paying for a plan, you can upgrade it or purchase additional:

  • messengers;
  • daily messages;
  • employee accounts.

These changes can be applied until the end of the current paid period.

Go to:

Plans → Plan Additions

Then enable the Pay extra switch.

After that, you can upgrade the plan and select the required additional services.

The calculator will display the amount due, taking into account the remaining period of the current subscription.

Auto-renewal

If auto-renewal is enabled, the subscription fee will be charged automatically three days before the current subscription expires.

The amount will be calculated based on the project settings active at the time of payment, including:

  • the daily message limit;
  • the number of messengers;
  • the number of team members.

After the first payment, enable Auto-renewal and/or automatic payment for additional messages to ensure that the bot continues working if the subscription expires or the daily message limit is reached.

If the bot stops and the plan is activated again, you will need to restart automated message sequences manually. Any active mailings will also stop.

If you do not plan to pay for a particular project, keep the switch disabled.
