To create an email campaign, go to the Broadcasts section -> Mailings and click "Create Mailings".

Creating an email campaign consists of three steps:
- selecting recipients;
- creating the email;
- configuring sending settings.
Selecting Recipients
You can select recipients in one of two ways:
- by using filters for Email bot subscribers;
- by uploading a list of email addresses from a file.

Uploading Recipients from a File
You can download a CSV file template by clicking the question mark icon.

Important!
The file may contain email addresses only.
Names, phone numbers, and other data will not be added to client profiles.
When uploading the file, use:
- UTF-8 encoding;
- a semicolon (
;) as the delimiter.
You can also import clients through the Channels section.

Filtering Subscribers
The filter allows you to select existing Email bot users based on the following criteria:
- lists (including list exclusions);
- client status in the CRM;
- client's current state (block);
- connected channels;
- variable values;
- registration date.

Creating an Email
In the mailing builder, you can customize the message in any style and immediately see how it looks in the "Campaign Preview" window.

Gmail Specifics
Please note!
Gmail caches email subject lines.
If the subject line contains a typo, simply editing the text (for example, by adding a space) may not change the subject displayed by Gmail.
To make Gmail recognize the subject as a new one, correct the typo and add any additional character.
You can also add buttons in the "Messages" section:
- with links to connected channels;
- with custom URLs.

Important!
To collect email open statistics, enable the "Save campaign to conversation history" option.
If this option is disabled, email open statistics will not be calculated.
Sending Settings
On the "Sending" tab, you can configure:
- sender name;
- sending time;
- interval between emails;
- splitting the campaign into batches.

This section also contains the option to save the campaign to the conversation history.

"Unsubscribe" Link
An "Unsubscribe" link is automatically added to the bottom of every email.

Client Rating
Each email client has a rating displayed in the client profile.

- When a client is added automatically, their rating is 7.
- When a client is added manually, their rating is 10.
- If the rating drops to 1, the client is blocked.
- If the average rating of campaign recipients is below 6, the campaign will not be launched.
How the Rating Is Calculated
The rating changes automatically:
- If the mail server reports a suspicious email address, the rating immediately drops to 1.
- If the mailbox is full, the rating gradually decreases with each undelivered email.
- If a previously problematic address starts receiving emails successfully again, its rating is automatically restored to 10.
- As long as the rating is above 1, emails will continue to be sent.
Email Campaign Statuses

- Email Campaign Verification
The recipient list is being checked.
- Sent for Moderation

Please note!

This status appears if the email contains prohibited or unwanted content.
Email Read Callback (message_read)
An Email bot supports the message_read callback, which is triggered after an email is read.
To enable it, activate the double-checkmark icon in the message block from builder.

Important!
The read callback is supported only for Email.
Important!
The callback will be triggered only if the client is still in the current block.
If the client has already moved to another block, the callback will not be triggered.

Please note!
Read statistics are available only for messages sent from the funnel builder (state blocks).
Read statistics are not collected for campaigns created through the Campaigns section or "Non-state" blocks.
