When working with projects, do not share your login credentials with third parties.*
If you share your username and password with other people, you may lose access to your account because you are giving them full access to the project, including the ability to change the account email address and password.
In this case, you may lose access to all your projects.
MaviBot is not responsible for the security of your account if you share your login credentials with third parties.*
Please note
MaviBot does not recommend:
- working in or making changes to the same section of the same project simultaneously from multiple devices or accounts;
- sharing usernames and passwords with third parties* so they can make changes to the project.
To allow a hired specialist or another person to work on the project, create a role and configure the required permissions and access rights.
Before making changes to the chatbot logic, website, or other project sections, create a project backup. This will help prevent data loss caused by incorrect settings, errors, or accidental deletion of the chatbot flow or funnel blocks.
You can protect your MaviBot account with two-factor authentication.
We strongly recommend taking project security seriously.
*Third parties are any persons who are not the account owner.
MaviBot provides secure authorization and two-factor authentication through messengers. Customer registration and data security are maintained at a high level. However, MaviBot cannot be responsible for actions performed by account owners.
Do not share your username and password with anyone.
When adding an employee to a project, review how roles work in MaviBot. Roles provide flexible permission settings.
Keep in mind that the Administrator role has the maximum set of permissions, including the ability to:
- remove other administrators from the project;
- delete the project.
To avoid losing the project or access to it:
- Create a project backup before adding employees.
- Assign employees roles with only the permissions they need.
- Avoid granting administrator access unless it is necessary.
You can configure a role so that an employee has access only to the sections required for their work.
Following these recommendations will help protect your projects and prevent unwanted situations.
